Today we focus on the importance of asking for help and the transformative power of peer support. We explore how reaching out can be a vital part of resilience, especially in challenging first responder professions. We travelled to Buffalo and enjoyed sitting at the table with our guest Mark and Mary Pitirri who through their personal story, we discuss how peer support networks can improve mental health, build trust, and foster a sense of community among those who face high-stress situations.
