Today we are going to talk aboutdevoted discipline.
We're going to be becoming hernow, maybe in the middle of the
mess, maybe in, you know, themountain you're walking through
or the mountain you're climbingup.
And, you know, I love that book,Going on a Bear Hunt, because,
you know, you can't go, youcan't go under things.
You can't go around things.

You can't go over things.
You have to go through things.
And today I want to invite youto step into that.
And what is that gonna feel likeand what's that gonna look like?
So we're gonna start, we'regonna take a deep breath in.
You're gonna exhale fully forthree full, delicious breaths.

I'm gonna ask you to breathe inagain.
Breathe in clarity.
Breathe in possibility, breathein presence.
And hold that at the top.
And then you're gonna exhale,releasing any distraction,
comparison, chaos.
Because right now, wherever youare, life is happening.

There's deadlines, expectations,there's conversations waiting.
There's maybe even some chaosswirling around you.
At this moment, this breath,this is your invitation back.
This activation is aboutescaping what's here.
It's about remembering that youcan lead yourself through it.
You don't need to silence, tohear your truth.

You just need to be still enoughto listen.
We're gonna be her now amidstthat noise.
And you've heard me say thisbefore.
I've written a journal on it,right?
Be her now.
I talk about that all the time.
It's my mantras.
It's like, who do I need tobecome in order to match that
future identity, in order tomatch that person that's gonna
get through this next step?
Who do I need to become?
But I need to be her now.

I need to embody her now.
It's not someday, not when it'seasy, right?
Not when it's convenient, right?
It's learning the dance and thenuance of keeping your chain out
of the dirt, right?
I love that analogy where youknow that your when your chain
is dripped, right?
It's in the dirt, it will notactually function.
Your chain can't, can't, youcan't pedal on your bike when

your chain's dirty.
For those of you that knowbiking, right?
It's how do we keep our chainout of the dirt, right?
Not someday, not when it's easy,but right here, right now, in
the middle of your beautiful,imperfect, fully alive life.

down the volume on your life,
I'm just thinking about it.

We don't become we
become the versions of ourselves
we're ready to step into byanchoring in who we are now and
anchoring in who you are.
Because everything you did,every version of you, right?
Imagine every version of youjust coming up and lining up,
right, all the way to your frontdoor.
And there's just versions of youevery single step of the way,

every single step to get to yournew front door, to that next
step, that opening the door.
You're you're walking past that.
You're just giving each versionof you flowers, saying, Thank
you for being here.
Thank you for pulling methrough.
Thank you for seeing thank youfor seeing me.
Thank you for getting here.
You become your next version byanchoring in everything you
already are.
And then stepping into saying,come on, ladies, we've got this.

I've got you.
We've got this.
I want you to close your eyes ifyou can, if you're driving, just
listen to this.
But I want you to take a deepbreath in through your nose.
Exhale slowly out of your mouth.
When you picture yourselfstanding in front of a mirror,

but this mirror doesn't reflectwho you've been.
It reflects who you're becoming.
Look at her.
Notice her posture, the way shestands, the calm in her eyes,
the quiet power in her presence.
She's not waiting for perfecttiming, she's not waiting for
things to settle.
She's leading herself right now.

Ask her.
What matters most right now?
What do you prioritize when noone's watching?
How does she respond when thingsfeel uncertain?
Let her show you.
Maybe she gets up five minutesearlier to breathe before the
world begins.
Maybe she chooses stillness overscrolling.

Maybe she honors her commitmentsnot because she has to, but
because she promised herself shewould.
Notice how steady she feels.
Steadiness isn't from control,it's from devotion.
Remember that discipline isn't apunishment, it's a reverence.

It's remembering that yourstandards are sacred.
It's choosing alignment overurgency, integrity over impulse,
presence over perfection.
Every time you show up, when itwould have been easier not to,
you're strengthening yourself-trust.
Every micro decision you make isteaching your nervous system who

This is what it means to be herright now.
It means to be her now.
When not when you feel ready,but right here in the reality
you're living.
So let's activate this together.
Think of one small standard, onepromise that you're ready to
hold with devotion for the nextseven days.
Maybe it's 10 minutes ofmovement each morning, maybe

it's drinking water beforecoffee, maybe it's protein
before coffee, maybe it'sjournaling one sentence of
gratitude each night, maybe it'sspeaking kindly to yourself.
What's one thing if repeateddaily would become the evidence
of your becoming?
Whisper it to yourself now.
Feel that drop in.

That's your devotion.
That's your beakery moment.

just shifted.
And if you can, write them down.
And if not, simply just repeatthem silently to yourself and
listen for what arises.

Who am I choosing to be rightnow in the reality I'm in?
Where have I been waiting forconditions to be perfect before
I start?
What does devotion and what doesdevoted discipline look like for
me this week?

If someone turned down thevolume of my life, would they
see the evidence of my focus?
And lastly, what's one standardI'm committing to holding no
matter what happens around me?
Here's an affirmation that youcan repeat as many times as you

need through the day.
I am becoming her now, notthrough perfection, but through
presence, not through control,but through consistency, not
through pressure, but throughdevotion.
