Taking time for yourself is NEVER selfish, in fact it's mandatory. That doesn't mean it's always easy, but it is mandatory for fulfillment, joy, and the best version of you. Prioritizing YOU can have the best side effects in your life, so raise the thermometer, settle less, and make decisions rooted in what you want in the future version of you!
