Episode #81 - San Antonio, Public Speaking, Rodents & Resiliency

We had an amazing time in San Antonio, every time we attend this conference I get re-excited over our business and team and business partners that we get to work and grow with!  Kim and I both spoke on stage and we are just grateful for these opportunities to grow.

Public speaking is certainly not everyone's cup of tea, but we examine this fear for many people, and other things that people shy away from because of fear.  Kim and I discuss how we manage this, have overcome this, and why it's important for us to challenge these fears in our life.

Kim spoke on the main stage, her largest audience to date, she really was incredible and it was interesting listening to her process of how she gets ready, how she uses past experiences from others to prepare herself.

We talk hamsters, again, and taking Tessa's tenacity in that pursuit that we had no choice but to acknowledge her wants.  And this leads us into standards, levels of excellence, and half-assing jobs you don't like and the risks that come with that.

We bounce around but cover some really importance stuff!  We hope you enjoy it!
