Do I need to hit rock bottom?

Great morning! One of the biggest questions you'll get asked as a newly sober person is about your "rock bottom" moment - but this podcast is your sign that you don't need a rock bottom moment! I'll go through some of the signs that you're getting close to the bottom, but just know that if you're crossing your own personal boundaries and want to make a change without facing a life-threatening moment, that's okay too. And if you have hit the bottom - no worries, you can still go sober and there is still hope for recovery. I'll also briefly touch on how you can help friends who are also hitting their own rock bottom moments.
