A go-getter, big dreamer, digital native, and feminist. These are the words my guest uses to describe herself, and I couldn’t agree more. Thamina Stoll was born and raised in Germany, graduated from a Top 10 U.S. college and is now working in Ireland, as an Account Director on the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions team where she is surrounded by 60+ different nationalities in her office alone, which has allowed Thamina to develop a global perspective on business as well as a true appreciation for cross-cultural collaboration which came shining through during our conversation.
Since college Thamina has been very passionate about gender equality and advocacy. In 2020, she launched the successful Femme Hive Podcast with the mission of empowering young women around the world to become more confident about successfully navigating adulthood to lead a fulfilling, purpose-driven life. So inspiring!
