Step 1: Acceptance. See your goals as a process/journey. Focus not on the destination but on the moments. Understand that you’re a work in progress and that you never really fully arrive. Allow this truth to motivate you to keep moving forward
Step 2: Know that you’re not alone. We’re all in this together. Allow yourself to feel embraced by the collective experience. Take comfort in that truth.
Step 3: Celebrate your wins, no matter how small. When we celebrate our wins, we allow room for joy in the process, and when we allow joy, we pave a path to continuously move it forward. We are less likely to sabotage ourselves when we are engaged in these practices with joy.
