This episode “Everything Is Good And It Changes” is about when life is going along and really good things happen to you and then suddenly one person says something that takes that joy away. Why do we let that happen, why do we allow one person to steal from the multitudes of good things that have happened. I believe in life as we're trying to live our best life that we need to also think about our surroundings in the right way and part of that would be to look at the beauty in things or look at the good part of what's happening instead of jumping to the bad. I remember i heard a say that you can get 1000 good emails and you get 1 bad one and you want to hunt that person down, I don't know why human nature is that way but it can be changed. When there is an adjustment made, it’s either to redirect us or it's an attack, an attack on our joy so we need to look at things differently not let the insignificant small part be our big part, let what makes us happy feel us up not allowing room for the negativity.. In short it's having gratitude for everything we have whether it be big or small and when something changes or when somebody says something, adjust our focus to celebrate what is our reality what we do have what is there.

Ruthie's Table 4
For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
