This episode “Know What They're Capable Of” Is about when somebody does something to you that you never thought they would do, it's hard to ever trust that individual again because you know what they're capable of. Before this situation arose you thought you knew them, you thought they would always be status quo but once they crossed the line there's a trust that's lost whether you feel it or not you will react to it. If something is out of character, you automatically jump to that feeling that you had when they did something that you never thought they would do. In this episode I refer to it as waiting for the other shoe to drop and unfortunately when you're with someone that you're always waiting for the other shoe to drop it's almost like being in your own individual prison. I know we can't change people however I believe people can change themselves if they want to. It's all about seeing those red flags, how many do you see, how many are there and of course it depends on what the situation is and how drastic it is. If you keep yourself where you're walking your best life, your individual life, it doesn't matter so much what those around you do so long as it's not extreme and that's for you to judge. If this character is something that you can live with or not, that goes for friends, lovers any relationship that you might have. The old saying is when somebody shows you who they are believe IT.

Ruthie's Table 4
For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
