This episode “Yourself In Front Of Family” is about how we're in front of a group of our family how we revert back to our younger selves or the person that we think they want us to be. The truth is we've all grown and evolved and that goes the same for your family because they may be acting a little differently in front of you. If by being your true self your authentic self in front of everybody including your family opens up the door for them to be who they are in front of you and therefore striking a new level of relationship that I believe is better and stronger and more relatable. We all change through our experiences, challenges etcetera and we should not have to be other than who we are in front of anyone.
