Enza has served in her current role and as the Director of Nurse Recruitment at NorthShore University HealthSystem for the past 19 years. Prior to this, worked as a Staff Nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Enza earned her Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
