Carrie Proffitt is the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Encore Healthcare. She oversees all clinical segments of the business and leads a team working to elevate  home respiratory care by pioneering a new model focused on clinical outcomes. Carrie joined Encore Healthcare in 2017. Prior to this, she held multiple leadership roles with The Linde Group including Regional Director, Area Manager, and Clinical Manager. Over the course of her 20-year career, she has won several awards including being named the Long-Term Care Respiratory Therapist of the year by the American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC). Carrie completed her respiratory therapist training at Big Sandy Community College. Early in 2022, she became a Certified DMEPOS Consultant by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).
