Guest: Lynzy Coughlin PA-C is a Physician Associate in a Level 1 Trauma Center ED for the past 14+ years. She I created her blog, Lynzy + Co. back in 2008 as a creative outlet from her career. And after spending the 7 (or so) years on social media , she decided to delete it all! She now communicates with her community via newsletters only as well as through her podcast, Motherhood Meets Medicine.
She was overwhelmed with the amount of information online and how toxic it could be. And now shares the immense value of limiting your time online and expanding your life by soaking up more time in solitude.
I asked her to be on the podcast to talk about life AFTER instagram and what it has brought to her life to encourage some of us to get off the app and connect in real life!
