When it comes to navigating some big storms, former professional women’s hockey player Janine Charron says, “Game On!”
Janine has always embraced the T.I.G.E.R. within. It’s something she not only learned at an early age when she hit the ice, but the sage advice from her dad and grandfather. And that wisdom and discipline have helped her through some difficult times.
From bankruptcy to breast cancer and divorce and deal breakers, Janine has treated it as part of life’s currency: which means continuing to show up and keep going for the goal.
But this is more than about the game of hockey. As she says, sports are what you do, they’re not who you are.
