As a Therapist specialising in Emotional Healing... I consider it absolutely crucial that we understand the impact that our unhealed emotions have on our mental + physical wellbeing .. as well as our life choices - as individuals + as a collective. If we want to live a healthy, happy, free life.. emotional healing is everything.
This podcast may trigger some people... I want to make you aware of some of the topics that I discuss which all relate to the overarching topic of EMOTIONS:
Trauma, conditioning, mind control, mental health, intuition, spirituality, culture, religion, media, education + government agendas, emotional extortion (ie. fear, coercion, guilt + shame), self-worth, knowing who we are + aligning with our true nature. I also share some of my own personal experiences.
My intention is to encourage listeners to ask deeper questions. When we question every aspect of our lives... we get to know ourselves on a much deeper level... we are always learning.
In order to experience peace + contentment, living in alignment with our true nature is key..
