Getting old sucks, yall. The gals aren't feeling their best after a The Year That Shall Not Be Named, and Heather has called in reinforcements on her journey to reclaim the fitness she once knew. 


So, we have a special guest - Tristan Ragland, an exercise physiologist whose doctoral study Heather signed up for in hopes that he would reveal the secret to fast fat loss.


We ask him all of our getting-old-sucks questions: cardio or weights? How much protein? Why is it so hard to lose weight as we get older? And what about gaining and losing weight after weight loss surgery? Tristan does his best to let us down gently,
