I wasted no time and jumped right in with this one.  I had so many questions for Kiana Raquel @kianaskitchen22. Getting to know more about someone who is authentically themselves and hear about part of their journey to get there was well... amazing. Every time, I would move towards ending the conversation I'd think of something else.

01:24: As an educator, I could not resist asking about her journey of becoming a Special Education Teacher. I find a lot of people have an interesting road map of how they got here. She definitely did! We discuss her education in radio and her experience in Radio as well.

08:49: Many know the journey to health and wellness isn't always linear. We chat about her personal journey and she drops some gems and reminders that I'm sure will be reminders and inspiration for your own journeys, Her biggest stand out for me, "Go back to your why, so often."

18: 35: Kiana is starting her own podcast and it will be about inspiration, health, fitness, her love of music, and ultimately a piece of her.  Be sure to tune in. I NOW PRONOUNCE YOU...will keep you posted.

30:32: We also did the segment "I Read it on Reddit" where we give advice to someone who is trying to cope with negativity around her.

*In this episode, we mention @sydneycummings workouts and her #SidneySquad. Check her out on Youtube for quality at home strength training workouts.
