Returning to the podcast after a longer-than-expected mid-winter break, I’m excited to share with you guys some of what I’ve been up to, a decision I’ve made, and where the podcast (and my practice) is going from here. 

While we’re at it, I also have a few thoughts about how to navigate the intense energy that’s present in our lives right now, especially here in the U.S.
