Hi lovely! Thanks for listening! In this episode I talk a lot about the ups and downs that I’ve been having recently and how sometimes I can be quick to think about ‘what I don’t have’ and ‘what I can’t do’ vs ‘what I do have’ and ‘what I can do’. I was starting to go down a ‘negative rabbit hole’ when I realized all that I have which is a lot! 1. My health 2. A Roof over my head 3. Food to eat 4. A computer 5. A cell phone. Boy did my mood change from going down a ‘negative rabbit hole’ to gratitude!
