Heyo! Thanks for listening! First off, kudos to you if you’re asking for help in the first place! In this episode I speak about asking the right Vs the wrong people for help. The main differences are that the right people will make you feel supported, cared for, loved and appreciated. And if they make you feel the opposite of that or dumb, stupid, ‘less than’ or inferior or that you owe them then chances are that they are the wrong person to ask for help.
