In this weeks episode we take a look at how to make classwork more like real life workspaces. This weeks topic comes to us from Angela Duckworth at Education Week. She discusses the topic of how to make school resemble more of a real life workplace. She discusses how a professor has changed his introduction to physics course over the course of 25 years. After the article I have a brief discussion with my teaching partner Amanda Morton on how we can apply this to our elementary students, as well as discuss some of the pitfalls we fall into as educators.
