He talks about the results of his published research on the first-ever study of claims filed by veterans for the psychological impact of discrimination during military service, looking at race discrimination and LGBTQ discrimination. Evan is a Fellow with the National Institute of Military Justice and a member of the National Institute of Corrections’ Justice-Involved Veterans Network.
