this podcast is all about.
It's for those individuals whowhat I call stuck.
You know, within your heart ofhearts, there's something like
(00:24):
your soul is just pulling you todo something.
You know within your heart ofhearts, there's something like
your soul is just pulling you todo something like I don't know
start a business, write a book,start a podcast, get out of a
toxic relationship just a numberof things.
But you're stuck.
You can't seem to get out ofyour way.
So, therefore, we talk abouttopics related to what I call
(00:45):
personal improvement, businessimprovement, personal
development, and also many ofthese podcasts are going to
enable you to do a lot ofself-reflection, and my prayer
has always been that one day, you're going to hear a podcast,
you're going to hear a message, you're going to hear a special
guest and, all of a sudden, that's all you're going to need
(01:07):
to pivot and start executingwhat it is that you've always
wanted to do Take action.
Action's the key.
We have to move forward inorder to do something.
But guess what?
We have a special guest ontoday and we're going to talk
about empowering your successand guiding entrepreneurs and
(01:29):
leaders to their full potential, and I'm going to bring her out
of the orange room and introduceyou to Caroline Biesalski.
Hi, caroline, how are you today?
Caroline (01:44):
Oh hi, Cassandra, I'm
so happy to be here.
I'm fantastic.
Cassandra (01:49):
Oh, wonderful, I'm
glad you're here and you know.
Before we get started, I'mgoing to share a little bit of

understanding of what and whoCaroline is.

(02:36):
.

She elevates both profit andnon-profit organizations to the

(02:59):
So listen, listeners.
This is a must listen episodeIf you're ready to learn, really
ready to learn from a championof dreams and practical
achievements.
Here she is, and guess what?
She has a newly published book.
It's the Chronicle ofTransformation Beyond
Imagination.
(03:19):
It's in volume one and we'regoing to talk a little bit about
that.
So, caroline, what I want toknow my listeners always want to
know what was your life likebefore you embarked on a
transformative journey.
What was life like for you?
Caroline (03:36):
Oh, thank you for this
question.
It's my favorite question andbefore I answer that, I want to
congratulate you on your podcast.
You are so inspiring as well.
I listened to some episodesbefore our interview.
So your question was what wasmy life like before my
transformation?
I would say my whole life was atransformation, but it started
(04:00):
massively massively in 2021,when I was asked or introduced
to one single question, and thatwas the question what do you
really really want?
And no one asked me that before, not even myself, so so I did
not know that I can ask thisquestion to myself and then find
(04:23):
the answers to it, and thatopened up everything for me.
Cassandra (04:28):
Wow, that's
interesting because you know of
my listeners and in my book Italk about living your best life
on your terms.
And one of the things I alwaysnotice, caroline, when I ask
somebody are you living yourbest life?
And they look at me like huh, what Are you living your best
life?
And they'd look at me like huh, what you know so and not even
(04:51):
understanding, like youindicated, what.
What does that look like for me?
So how did you determine whatit is that you wanted?
Caroline (04:55):
to do.
So, you mentioned already, Ihave an accounting background,
so accounting and economics waseverything I thought I was
capable of doing because of my,let's say, heritage.
This was what my father wasdoing all his life and I felt
like accomplishing that.
So I created my own accountingcompany with six employees, and
(05:18):
when I was asked this question,I realized this is not what I
really want.
It's not what it's rooted in myheart.
It's something like logical, something that is boring.
And then now I transformed to atotally different life.
As you mentioned it, it ispossible once you open your mind
(05:39):
to it, or your heart.
Of course, you have to be open, and so I closed this company I
had last year it was only lastyear, you know and yeah, and
then I started traveling.
I said I, I came to the US, I,I was in Los Angeles and I
traveled through eight stateslast year and now actually I am
(06:04):
in Colorado Springs oh, mygoodness, was traveling
something that you wanted to do?
you always wanted to travel yes,and I could not do this, or I
was not allowing myself to dothis, because I had a family.
I was in a long timerelationship.
I was with my partner for 27and a half years.
(06:27):
Imagine this and I have twoboys Now they are 16 and 18
years old, but I miss thattraveling aspect.
Also adjoining networking, Iwould say networking events, but
you can imagine, like in thepersonal development world,
where we can learn something, and then, and then, after COVID,
(06:50):
let's say it was possible againand then I started all over.
Cassandra (06:56):
Wow.
That's amazing, cause a lot ofmy listeners many of my
listeners are ready to moveforward.
You don't know, right nowthey're filling the jobs that
they're in a mundane, and a lotof us do things because this is
what our parents wanted us to do, or these were the things our
parents did.
So, therefore, we feel acertain obligation, maybe to do
(07:19):
the things that they wanted usto do, opposed to what we wanted
to do, and didn't even have anopportunity to really think
about what it is that we reallywanted to do.
So what has fueled your growth?
What is it about you that justenabled you to just pivot, and
what was that to fuel yourgrowth?
Caroline (07:48):
that the fuel, your
growth sound like you were
inspired by something, somethingor someone.
Yes, the medium I used and Icame across was through my kids
and it was called and it's stillcalled um TikTok.
So they, they, they told me oh,you have to join TikTok.
It.
It was so much fun.
You know, it was during COVID.
We had a lot of time spendingat home when we were in the
(08:10):
beginning of 2021.
You remember and then I spentmy whole day on TikTok and then,
all of a sudden, I came acrossthis man and I have to mention
his name because, yeah, it isTroy R Chadwick and he's a great
mentor of mine as well.
He went live almost every dayand talked about changing your
(08:31):
paradigm, changing your life, and I did not know what a
paradigm is about.
And then he introduced me toBob Proctor and Bob Proctor's
program Thinking into Results.
And when you realize that youcan change your paradigm and
change your thinking and a wholeworld, new world opens up.
(08:52):
And this allowed me to realizeeach of my dreams.
I want to say every single dreamI had since then, and I can
tell you, this is where Ilearned English, because English
is my second foreign language.
You have to imagine, really, Istarted with French in school,
(09:15):
at school, and I was notspeaking.
So that I can speak with youtoday is a miracle to me as well
, and it was just a decision tosay yes to the possibility and
to change my life into, into, tothe person that I.
How I saw myself and this leadsme to the beginning to your
(09:37):
question it what inspired me.
It was someone seeing mypotential and encouraging me to
do the steps necessary to becomethat person that I am today.
So I created Caroline and I'mhappy to speak with Cassandra
today.
Cassandra (09:56):
Oh my gosh.
Well, congratulations on yourdifferent languages, from German
to French to to English, kudosto you.
And something else you said isnumber one we all can make a
decision, and it sounds like youjust said yes.
You know, that's all you had todo was say yes.
(10:18):
And another thing that wasstriking is you're on Tik TOK,
and this is a day, particularlydepending on what generation one
is in, that technology can befrightening.
Frightening because we don'tknow it.
You know, but yet your son like, look, I'm going to show you
(10:39):
some TikTok.
And it happened during thepandemic.
And that's the same time Istarted writing my book.
So a whole lot of I say, goodthings, pros and cons of the
pandemic, but it's based on howyou think about it, you know.
So your perspective wasdifferent.
And during that time you likelook, I'm all of a sudden, ok, I
(11:00):
know what I'm.
What I was doing is not what Iwant to do.
And you talked about inspired.
You were inspired.
I want to talk about.
How do you define inspired?
We hear that word a lot, youknow.
So I said well, I don't know,maybe I want to transform you, I
(11:23):
want to.
I listen to inspirationalspeakers.
You know so a lot of differentthings, but I want to know.
I know inspired action is thekey to turning dreams into
reality, but how would youdefine inspired Cause?
You said two people, proctorand other gentlemen inspired you
.
What was it that they did orsaid, or what was it that
(11:46):
provided that inspiration foryou?
Caroline (11:50):
So, first of all, it
was Troy R Chadwick from Ella
Vitality, and I'm still workingwith him on a daily basis
because he has the daily studygroup and we study beautiful
books, like Master Key System atthe moment.
So I have to mention this.
This is where I learned englishand you asked me um, how do I
define or not define?
I would say, how do I feel theword inspired?
(12:12):
And for me it is the breath ofgod and of course you can call
it god, universe, spirit or, uh,source, of course we have so
many names.
I call it God, it's an energy,it's the frequency of love, and
the word inspired has the wordspirit in it.
So you are in spirit and there'sa famous article for those who
(12:35):
want to look it up, thomasTroward entering into the spirit
of it.
That means, when you read abook, for example, you can enter
into the spirit of the authorand you can ask what do you want
to tell me?
So of course, I studiedNapoleon Hill's Think and Grow
Rich.
I do this also on a daily basisand because it is not about
(12:58):
reading 100 books, it's aboutreading one book 100 times and
then you really enter into thespirit and you understand the
essence and at the end, youbecome that essence that we all
are.
Cassandra (13:13):
Right, that's awesome
.
It's like repetition, you know, like somebody says I don't want
to hear that, I've heard thatover, I've heard that before, I
don't want to hear it again.
But yeah, what you're saying is, repetition is good because it
kind of gets into your spirit.
And yeah, and I like thatbecause I exercise, I'm a walker
and I always am very careful towhat I listen to.
(13:35):
So I prefer to walk and listento speakers, great speakers.
You know, like there's aminister by the name of Miles
Monroe and we all know TonyRobbins and Mel Robbins and all
of those folks.
But they inspire me and I seeinspire as as a multiplier, and
(13:59):
I understand you see it as amultiplier as well.
What does that mean?
Seeing it as being inspired asa multiplier as well?
What does that mean seeing itas being inspired as a
multiplier?
Caroline (14:07):
okay, thanks for that
question, and I want to add
martin luther king, before Iforget, because we studied the
speech.
I have a dream, you know, andit's so important, and one of my
goals is to visit that placewhere the speech was held.
I don't really I don't know thename, but it's in washington dc
.
Yeah, yes, okay.
(14:28):
So the question was inspired,or inspiration is the multiplier
, and that is so true.
This is, I would say, um.
Another word would be mastermind, infinite intelligence, and the
mastermind principle.
That, or also in the bible, itsays when two or more come
together.
In my name I don't know this inEnglish, but you know, you know
(14:48):
I'm referring to it is thepower, it is not the, the total
is not the sum of its elements,it's more.
That means and I witnessed thisin every single podcast episode
we are doing a podcast now andyou can feel it it is not two,
(15:09):
you and me, two, it is amultitude of inspiration.
It is what we give in to it,the intention we set, that we
want to inspire the audience andthis is an effect and you
cannot buy with money at allright, right, that's right.
Cassandra (15:28):
When two or more
gathered, god is in the midst.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
Wow, um, what inspired you foryour podcast?
I'm hearing, do you do?
Now, I am outdone by this.
When I read this, I'm like, ohmy gosh, you became the most
(15:51):
sought out podcast host over the365 days.
Okay, I was gonna ask where didyou get the name of the podcast
, but I got it.
Now I understand, becausethat's what we're talking about
inspiration, right, but whatmakes you so sought after
podcast?
And you just somewhat started, right, 365 days.
(16:13):
What are you doing differentlythan many other podcasters?
Caroline (16:19):
Exactly.
Thank you so much for asking.
So I started 12th of December2023, and it came to me in the
middle of the night, 3 am, whileI was on my road trip in San
Diego.
I was four days in San Diego.
I love that city, I love the US, I love traveling.
I told you this, and having myown podcast was an idea in my
(16:40):
mind for over 17 years you knowwe have podcasts for 17 years
now.
But when I was 15, I wanted tohave or host my own radio show,
because this, this was my dream, like hosting guests, playing
music and then have a littletalk or I can inspire the
audience.
So the nameired came byintuition, the podcast as well,
(17:04):
and I just started immediatelybecause I was guided to do it
and I was a little bit afraidwhere to find guests at all and
I thought, oh, my goodness, Ihave to do solo episodes and I
was afraid of speaking one yearago.
But everyone said yes and thisis what I do.
(17:26):
When I asked, do you want to bemy podcast guest?
And this is what I wanted toadd, because you talked about
universe in the beginning, andthe universe or God only knows
three answers it is whether itis yes or it is not yet, or it
is something better.
So you always win right whenyou are on that perspective.
(17:47):
So I recorded 590 episodessince then, by the way, and I I
find my guests on on pod match, where we met as well.
I can recommend this platformbecause it um makes the workflow
so easy to record your episodes.
But the thing is, when you takeinspired action, not just any
(18:11):
action, it has to be inspired.
You have to be guided byintuition, then everything is in
flow and opens up for you inyour favor.
Cassandra (18:22):
That's true, that's
exactly right.
So that was just an idea thatyou had.
Like, many of my listeners haveideas.
However, they're not acting onthem, right yeah?
And I'm so much like you.
When I started my podcast, Iwas solo and I was like, oh my
(18:44):
gosh, what am I going to say?
I'm not going to have enough tosay.
Who wants to hear me?
Blah, blah, blah.
And then finally, I like, likeyourself, I love it, I love
inspiring, I love my guests.
They bring so much to the tableand I know without a shadow of
a doubt that I've had listenersthat have acted on those ideas
(19:06):
that they've had.
And for yourself, I want toknow what you think, why you are
the most sought out podcaster.
What, what is that about?
How do you know that?
Caroline (19:23):
all sought out podcast
, what, what, what is that about
?
How do you know that?
I mean this, what we talkedabout?
This moment.
So every episode has like amagical moment in the middle
where we, we are like, where theconnection is very deep and and
our minds are together.
I, I, um.
So you, you can create this, but only in the present moment.
Right?
You cannot, um, yeah, fake it,or you, you have to experience
(19:46):
this.
And when you set this intention, then it's like holy, it's
divine and yeah, it's aboutsetting the right intentions and
then you receive the rightoutcome.
So I want to encourage yourlisteners, your audience, to to
start, but only if you are um,um, in um, how's the word
inspired?
If only if you feel it in theinspiration, if you feel this
(20:12):
attraction to do this thing,it's effortless than when you
start.
Yes, it's easy.
Cassandra (20:20):
Right, right.
So, like the title of ourpodcast today is Guiding
Entrepreneurs and Leaders totheir Full Potential, let's talk
about how do you do thatmethodology that you use to
start leading them to their fullpotential.
Caroline (20:42):
Yes, so I like the
word guide very much.
It's not like teacher or coachor mentor, something like that.
And I would say the best way todo it is leading by example,
that you show it.
I don't know if you arefamiliar with this quote tell
the world, but show them first.
(21:02):
So so you, um, you are theleader, you are one step ahead
and you show them by youractions that it is possible, and
then they can.
They can be inspired to do thesame for themselves, because I
cannot do the work for you, right, you have to do just the
(21:25):
inner work and then it shapesyour outside world automatically
, right, right, let's talk aboutthe five mindset shifts to
achieve unstoppable success.
Cassandra (21:34):
What are those five
nonstop mindset shifts?
Caroline (21:38):
Five mindset shifts.
First of all, you have to beopen.
So we have this fixed mindsetand growth mindset.
You have to be willing to learnand to be open, because this is
how the ideas came in when youwere a child, you were
conditioned right and how it wasbecause your subconscious was
(22:00):
wide open and it came byrepetition, when your parents
told you to clean your room, dothe homework or brush your teeth
, for example.
And it's the same way when wewant to reprogram ourselves.
So we have to open our mindsand be ready to receive the new
message.
Then we have what do we add?
(22:20):
You have to find or maybe youdon't have to find the right
coach or mentor, because whenthe student is ready, the
teacher will appear.
So I assume that the rightperson to guide you is already
in your field.
You just have to become awareof that.
What I said about it'seffortless because it's already
(22:43):
here.
It's just our awareness that'snot here yet.
So the third thing I wanted tosay is um consistency, that you
do it on a daily basis.
Whatever you do, you set anintention.
You can in in any field youwant, when you want to increase
your income or improve yourhealth or whatever you set the
(23:06):
goal to, you have to beconsistent.
That means you show up everyday as the person that already
achieved the goal.
So you ask yourself questionslike how would she act, or what
would she wear, what car wouldshe drive, or what work would
(23:26):
she do, um what she's doingright now?
Still so, it is about not doingcompromises, that you really um
.
You make a decision for yourgoal and dream and then act on
it, and it can be a little step, day by day by day one step.
So what else?
We have mind shifts left and Iwould say don't get discouraged
(23:54):
when you perceive a setback,because it's not a setback, it's
just like it's sinking in, it'sprocessing.
I would say it's processing,because it's always moving
forward if you set the intentionto do something.
Cassandra (24:09):
Okay, okay, like you
said, how important is it for
intuition?
They said particularly womenare very intuitive.
Um, let's talk about that alittle bit, because you know,
(24:30):
like, for example, I was Isomeone sent me a message
yesterday about um next year, you know, 2025, what to expect
in 2025.
And I was fascinated.
I didn't finish listening tothe message, but what I did was
I sent it to someone elsebecause, intuitively, I felt I
(24:53):
should send it to somebody else, you know.
And then when I did it, Istarted getting responses Number
one, like I'm reading it now.
Number two it's kind of long, you know.
And then I started thinking,well, maybe I shouldn't have,
you know, and that will come inour minds too.
We'll do something.
And I said, well, that's thatthing that you said keep going,
(25:14):
you know, don't get discouraged.
You know, keep it, keep itmoving.
So what, what helps me now isthat when I have intuitively
done something, I don't ruminatein my mind whether I should or
should not, and that's whathappens to a lot of individuals.
(25:35):
Like, I don't know if I shoulddo this, I shouldn't leave that
job, I shouldn't travel, Ishouldn't, you know, and I'm
saying that to just to say that,go with it, like you said, keep
it going, be consistent, don'tgive up All of those things.
Be persistent, be tenacious, you know, and that's something
(25:58):
that that helps me when I'vedone something and and then, and
back of my mind later on, I'mlike probably I shouldn't do
that, you know.
So what I'm hearing you saywith those five mindset shifts
is keep it moving and it's okayif you make a mistake, you know.
So from your perspective, wouldit be safe to say all the moves
(26:24):
you made was intuitive?
Caroline (26:28):
No, certainly not.
I did a lot of mistakes in thelast year.
I invested, I lost the money, but I learned so much.
I invested, I lost the money, but I learned so much.
So, whether you grow or youlearn, and we can also be
grateful for all the lessons andlearnings, because we can say
goodbye and commit that we willnever do the same mistake again.
(26:50):
And also, mistake is only aperception, so you don't have to
beat yourself up or say, oh, Imade a mistake.
It's a lesson we learn.
So always be gentle withyourself.
Of course, and I can confess, Ilearned acting intuitively.
Only, I started in 2022.
(27:11):
In January, I set the intention.
Now I intend to learn how tolisten to my inner voice, or to
do it more often, and you can.
Then you learn how todifferentiate.
You mentioned the I would saythe paradigm, or the
conditioning, and, of course, when you receive an intuitive
thought and you act on it, thatyour paradigm is rebelling, or I
(27:34):
don't know if this word iscorrect, because it is two
different types of energy and itis the, the comfortable, the
uncomfortable, and they arefighting against each other.
You have to keep in mind the.
The ego is always, wants alwaysto protect you and keep you in
survival mode or in inprotective mode, so what you are
(27:55):
fighting against it's like youcan say it's okay, I'll deal
with you later, and then yourego is relaxed and you can do
what you intend to do right, right, tell my listeners because
I know we've all had challenges.
Cassandra (28:13):
But can you share,
probably, a challenge that you
had, whereas initially like howam I going to overcome this?
Just struggle with challengesand you know, how?
Do you some insights onto howyou overcame the challenges that
you had?
If you could explain that, orwhat was some words of wisdom
(28:38):
that you could share with mylisteners, because we're all
going to have trials andtribulations.
We're all going to havechallenges.
It's always something that'sthat, that you feel like against
you, and I think for many of mylisteners, that's what stops
them.
They're like, okay, I'm done, you know what, what, how, talk
(29:01):
about how you can overcome, andI know you talk about being
intentional and all of thatsounds really great, but there
are so many people, as you know, struggling trying to get
through this thing so they canmove on to the next.
Share some of your insight andwisdom on that.
Caroline (29:19):
Okay, thank you for
asking.
I know exactly what you mean, because to have a challenge, to
witness one or two, goingthrough a challenge is just a
perception, and we know thattrue happiness lies behind your,
or beyond your, greatest fears.
You have to face your fears, ofcourse, but how you perceive
(29:42):
challenges is up to you.
And the word overcome.
So I studied a lot of words.
You don't have to overcome yourfears or challenges, you just
rewrite it in the way you wouldlike it to be and then you, you
focus on that.
We all know how this works withaffirmations as well.
You can write it down 100 times.
(30:02):
Some people say it can beeasier.
Yes, it could.
It depends on your belief.
So it is done unto you, as youbelieve, of course.
So ask yourself what do youbelieve?
What are your limiting beliefs?
Then you resolve this.
I know it's easier said thandone.
I would say, to share this withyou today was over three years
(30:24):
of daily practice, and I'm I'mnot done yet, so it's only the
beginning, you know.
You see, it is a work inprogress, a piece of art, so to
say.
Caroline, I create now um, andand I want to encourage you
because, um, I would not haveimagined what, what this means
(30:45):
and and who I am today.
But it all starts with thefirst step, with one decision
and and once again, will therebe challenges and obstacles?
Yes, but it's how you see it,how you, what you make of it,
how you, I would say, the whatis the word, the meaning you
give.
You know the meaning, if youlike it, if you dislike it.
(31:07):
That shapes your way and your, your feeling right, okay, so in
other words, right.
Cassandra (31:13):
so change the
narrative, right, like change,
like you said, just change thewhole story here.
Right and and and.
Another thing you said that Iwant, and my listeners have
heard this a lot you talkedabout a mentor, a coach.
Caroline (31:30):
you called a teacher
because you can't do any of this
alone, because you can't do anyof this alone Now, and I can
share with you how resistant Iwas towards the coach, because
we in Germany we are not sofamiliar or habituated with
coaches, so I have to laugh.
(31:51):
It is, yeah, it's not usual tohave a coach and mentor.
So I went to the study and Iquit six times.
But I went back and withquitting I mean I attended the
sessions every day and then myego took over and said now I'm
(32:12):
done, I know everything.
Yes, I know, and I can proceed.
But that's not true, becauseknowing is not understanding.
You know, knowledge is notpower, it's only a potential
power, and only if you use it,if you apply it to your life.
Then that is when the change ishappening.
Cassandra (32:31):
Mm.
Hmm, yeah, yeah, we talkedabout before we got started,
about transformation and howindividuals that perhaps on your
podcast, how you've seen themtransform.
What's the art and sciencebehind you being a catalyst for
(32:55):
those individuals that are havetransformed?
Tell us about that.
Caroline (33:01):
Yeah, that's a great
question, because we think about
who are the listeners, who arethe guests, of course, and then
you realize they are all justlike you, and not only they are
just, they are like you, theyare you, they are former
versions of yourself.
They also can be, um futureversions of yourself.
(33:22):
And then, of course, because, because you attract, so like
attracts, like you attract thepeople, um that, yeah, you have
parts of, or parts you know, they resonate, let's, let's talk
about resonance, of course.
So they are all ready to takethe next step into a business or
(33:42):
into a podcast, or both as well, and so I encourage so many
people to start their podcast,to start their business.
But I did not know this in thebeginning, because it was my
journey and I took a leap intofaith.
I recorded my first episodesjust to have fun, you know, to
express myself like I never didbefore.
(34:04):
Of course, I have all thoselimiting beliefs as well in the
beginning, like you are not goodenough, you cannot compete, or
I don't want to compete, but youcannot be as good as the best
podcasters.
So, no, I am not now, but I canset the intention and in three
years or so, in six years?
You never know.
Yes, and this is wherepersistence comes into play my
(34:27):
favorite chapter in Think andGrow Rich, by the way.
Persistence is key.
You set a goal and you stick tothe goal, but never to the plan
, so you can pivot along the wayand you learn so much you know.
And now I forgot your questionhow I encourage it.
It happens through the podcastepisode.
People are transformed afterhaving an interview with me.
(34:50):
I did not know this about me.
I found out this gift andtalent of mine, and I'm so
grateful to live my purpose.
Cassandra (34:58):
Wow, that's amazing.
I have to be a guest on yourpodcast so that I can continue
to transform, because that'sjust what's happening the
Chronicle Transformation BeyondImagination.
How did that start?
So this is an idea, right?
(35:21):
And if it's a chronicle volumeone, what's next and what's next
for you in reference to that?
Caroline (35:30):
Yes, inspired
Chronicles or Inspired Choice
Chronicles, I think it was justpublished one week ago or so and
I'm so happy because I had theintuition in february already
and I, I, I sent out anewsletter.
I will publish a book about thepodcast.
But it was not the.
The first idea was just topublish the transcript of the
(35:54):
episodes and this is a littlebit boring, like, yeah, you just
read what has been spoken thereand it developed into a guide
for future podcasters to likehow I did it and I share my
methods and how I started and myfears as well.
(36:15):
And then I, I printed some, yeah, episodes like how can I
say this with 18 guests featuredin the book in volume one, and
there will be many, many more, because my intention is to
record at least 1,111 episodes.
Cassandra (36:36):
Right, and is that
your intention?
What's the end in mind Is theintention is not so much the
number, or is it thetransformation that you will
guide individuals in?
For those individuals who wereguests on your podcast, you know
(36:57):
how people like well, I'm goinggonna do 100 and I'm gonna do
500.
It it's not just the numberthat you're gonna do.
What's the intention, what'sthe outcome for you out of all
of those you're going to do?
The end result?
Caroline (37:12):
oh, the end result.
I'm not sure if it will um endat all, but I know what you mean
.
So there are um, two things.
Uh, the middle term outcome wasthe inspired choice coaching
that I'm offering now for allthose who are inspired to jump,
(37:35):
because it is about choice andmany people don't know that they
have a choice.
You mentioned the word decision.
It's a little bit similar youmake a decision and everything
else falls apart.
But having a choice is I sayyes today to a thing and
tomorrow I can say no to thesame.
So learning how to make achoice is I say yes today to a
(37:57):
thing and tomorrow I can say noto the same to the same, you
know.
So, learning how to make achoice, inspire choice coaching.
Then the second thing the, thebig one, the big goal is to have
an event with all of my podcastguests okay, it's like a
charity event you know wherethere were a fund fundraising or
(38:19):
something and I'm working or itis the greater vision.
It can happen in one or twoyears.
Yes, to inspire the world, tomake an impact and to collect
funds for a great cause.
This is not fixed yet, so I'mwaiting for the intuition to
(38:42):
come and I will set set it upokay, that sounds.
Cassandra (38:46):
That's what I call a
great end in mind, even though
it won't be an end result, because it'll be continuing.
I like that and I just want tocongratulate you because I've
learned a lot from you.
But one thing I keep hearingintention, and when I ask the
(39:07):
question, you become the mostsought after podcast host over
the past 365 days.
That that is part of the thethe mindset as well.
You know it's my intention isI'm it's kind of like when I
started this.
My intention was I'm going tobe one of the top podcast shows
(39:30):
because the message is going tobe a blessing to many of the
listeners.
That will enable them to startliving their best life on their
terms, so that, when it's allsaid and done, they won't have
any regrets.
It's like well done, it's liketheir cup's going to be running
(39:51):
over.
There are no regrets that Ididn't do this.
I wanted to do that because atthe end of life I never knew
anybody said I wish I would haveworked harder.
You know, I always say I wish Iwould have done this, I wish I
would have been more true tomyself, I wish.
So you're on a mission that Icall, a mission that I can
actually see coming to fruition,a mission coming to fruition.
(40:13):
So I want to applaud you forthat and the wisdom that you've
imparted on my listeners, andI'm confident I'm so confident
that when individuals hear thispodcast, this message right here
, they're going to pivot.
Just like you did Not that theylike I like the thing you like.
(40:35):
I don't call it overcoming.
I just like you did not thatthey like I like the thing you
like.
I don't call it overcoming, Ijust like change the narrative,
right, yeah, so any more wordsof wisdom.
Well, first of all, how can mylisteners get in touch with you?
Caroline (40:50):
oh, thank you for
asking.
They can reach out on everysocial media platform.
I want to mention TikTok first.
No, it's a joke.
I like Facebook.
I like LinkedIn.
I'm on Instagram it's whetherit is Caroline Biesalski or the
Inspired Choice, something likethat you will find me.
I also offer free breakthroughsessions, called like 20 minutes
(41:15):
or so, and it is just one idea.
You know, it is one idea I cangive to a person and then they
can move on, they can take thenext step, and it is oh, I want
to give you one thing thathelped me a lot.
It is about asking for help.
Asking for support because Iwas always perceived as, yes,
(41:37):
she's an entrepreneur, she knowseverything, she doesn't need
help.
And then, when I reach out topeople to ask for help, they
don't take me seriously becauseI never asked for help.
So, please be courageous andask for help, because there are
so many people out there willingto help.
I didn't know this.
(41:57):
Really, I can tell you, whenyou, when you come from a
scarcity mindset, you judge theworld and you say the world is a
bad place or something, thenthis is what you perceive right.
But when you open up and youmeet the, this is why I do the
podcast.
All the people in my podcast, all the guests are highly
inspiring and this is the proof, the evidence that change is
(42:22):
possible.
You know, we all want a peacefulworld, we all want to see the
change, but we overlook that wehave to be the change, exactly.
Well, that comes from Gandhi,right.
Cassandra (42:34):
That's right, that's
right.
Well said, well said, wow Well.
That comes from Gandhi, right?
That's right?
That's right.
Well said, well said, wow Well.
My listeners, when thestudent's ready, the teacher
(42:56):
will appear.
So be open to that.
Just make up in your mind andyour heart that you are going to
start taking a step, and Ibelieve a choice is a gift that
we were given.
So take advantage of thechoices that you have and also,
I would say, make a decision andyou have to act on it.
(43:18):
Again, carolina, thank Caroline, thank you so much for your
words of wisdom and I got totell my listeners I say bye for
now, god bless.
And also I know that thispodcast has been an inspiration
for you and you have friendsthat's going to be an
(43:38):
inspiration to them, so I askthat you share it.
It will be on all podcastplatforms and if you another
thing, please subscribe, hitlike and subscribe.
And again, caroline, thank youso much and I appreciate you
being my special guest, godbless thanks, thanks for having
(43:59):
me.
