Jamie explains the programs and projects that she is currently involved with, and sheds light on the elements that are essential for creating spaces that are diverse and inclusive. Our discussion covers strategies that can help people to understand one another better, the benefits of a diverse workforce, and ways that you can find out which companies are prioritizing things that are important to you.
