Episode 6 with Eric Nicoll

Join me this week as I recap the first month of my JUST DO YOU. Podcast.  I am so grateful to Alex, Nathan, Janina & Rebecca!  Each generously shared their unique journey in order to find their own JUST DO YOU. space of being.  Although they come from different backgrounds and circumstances, they all share a common goal ... a passion and commitment to helping others find their own confidence, their own inner peace, their own space of balance and their own unique authenticity, and voice.  

I am so looking forward to March and the opportunity to introduce you to my guests.  We will explore trauma & loss and the importance of working through the steps in order to heal.  We will explore dating, especially in a world of online apps and social media ... not to mention, being in your 50's!  We will also explore, through a very unique lens, the topic of gay marriage ... a conversation you won't want to miss!  These along with some unexpected surprises will round out our month and I can't wait to share them with you.
