I couldn't think of a better episode for Mother’s Day than to discuss the important realm of pregnancy and a free resource for all women called Save the Storks. Save the Storks operates a network of over 100 mobile medical clinics, affectionately dubbed "stork buses," nationwide. These clinics provide complimentary ultrasounds, pregnancy testing, counseling, and additional services. The organization's mission revolves around empowering women with comprehensive information to make well-informed choices regarding their pregnancies, ensuring they feel supported and knowledgeable about their options. Additionally, Save the Storks extends support to women who opt for either parenting or placing their child for adoption.
Save the Storks continually seeks to broaden its impact by bolstering the fleet of mobile units in operation. To date, they've rescued over 11,000 babies and provided crucial support to women during their most vulnerable moments.
This week I'm joined by Julz Savard Hall, the marketing communications manager for Save the Storks. She educates us on the remarkable work of this organization and the invaluable resources it offers to mothers in need of support during such pivotal moments in their lives.
