Speaker 1 (00:01):
What's going on, folks?
It's been a while, it's been awhile that I don't record some
content for our podcast and, asyou guys can see from the video,
we inside the famous Chilcoco.
So, guys, in the past couple ofmonths actually six months to
be precise, five months, five tosix months I've been on this

(00:25):
journey.
It's actually been longer andactually I share a little bit of
my journey in this episode, inour previous episode, but today
I actually I want to startblogging and kind of share with
you guys some of the insidewhat's going on and what's
happening with this project.
I think it gives theopportunity for me to talk to

(00:45):
you guys about different things, different things that's going
on in my life.
But not only that, but alsosharing a little bit of my
experience with my latestjourney, right with my food
truck, so my ice cream truckactually.
So we have the honor to offerthe first ever vegan, all vegan

(01:08):
ice cream truck or trailer forthe Houston people right here in
the Houston metro area.
Well, more than that, but thepast six months, and actually
I'm going to start blogging togive you guys a little bit of
the inside of what's going onthe inside, as you can see, I

(01:30):
got my, my freezer, I got mymachine right on the back and I
got all my other equipments andstuff.
I think this will be a a reallynice inside of what's going on
on on how easy operations of thedaily day.
What is it that I've been doing?
Because I think I haven'tshared with you guys any of the
guesses.
But one of the things that Iwanted to share first is that we

(01:52):
are located in the Montrosearea, so Westheimer and Montrose
.
To be precise, the address is1001 Westheimer Road, so that's
really close to downtown Houstonand with Montrose and West
timer.
So so it's this really nice, cool area.
They got a lot all the foodtrucks in the area, as actually
I'm right across and I'm goingto share with you guys a little

(02:13):
bit, so, as you look at, rightacross me is Vigors, the all
vegan, 100% vegan Mexican foodtruck, so you can see it right
across us.
And then you got some othervendors and food trucks here.
But when it comes down to thevegan community or the vegan
businesses, we got bigos hereand we also used to have Houston

(02:38):
Atlanta vegan used to be hostin the same location.
So hopefully we have him backat some point soon, but for
before now you got us two fruittrucks here so you can
definitely come by get yourmexican food and then you can
really get your ice cream andall that kind of stuff.
So today I just wanted to giveyou guys an intro and see, this

(02:59):
is the kind of content that youguys were interested in seeing
some of the inside, what's goingon, how's the operation is, how
do we make the ice cream andwhat are some of the things that
we offer, some of the thingsthat we sell.
Just kind of give you guys aninsight of what how the
operation is and also kind ofhelp you guys.
So whoever's interested inopening your own business kind

(03:22):
of some of the things I did andsome of the things that I would
not do it can improve if I'mfree for hopefully, for someone
that is actually looking forthat kind of content will
definitely benefit them and helpit in the next time they're
trying to open their theirbusiness rather food shop or
whatever is that they want to.
So I think that's also I'mgonna be giving you guys those
kind of two type of content.

(03:42):
One is gonna be aim the focuson the inside, like I, two type
of content.
One is going to be in the focuson the inside, like I mentioned,
and the other one is going tobe focused on some of the things
that I can do better, some ofthe things that you can do that
we're going to give you guys aninside.
Uh, or how do you open yourfood truck?
Is that something that you'reinterested in for any type of
business?
Some of the things that I willdefinitely recommend, right, so

(04:03):
I'll meet you guys in the nexttime, we'll give you guys some
more content soon and then hopethat you guys enjoy it and I'll
