After taking a much-needed break to spend time with their families on Thanksgiving, the boys are back with another action-packed adventure into the current happenings in Virginia after the General Assembly election, and after their loss in their ongoing skill game lawsuit and fight for small business against the casinos and government overreach. They open with an up-to-date and very frank and factual conversation on where small businesses, convenience stores, truck stops, and bars/restaurant owners go from here in order to be able to participate in the emerging gaming marketplace in Virgnia. Then Hermie and the Senator dive into some of the early extreme legislative proposals put forth by the Democrats and compare them to some of the more reasonable legislative proposals drafted by Senator Stanley for the upcoming 2024 Virginia General Assembly Session. And then Sadler and Stanley finish their "Leaning Right" discussion by talking about the controversy that has arisen with one Democrat Senator who may not actually live in the Senate District that she ran for and was elected in, which if true, would be in violation of Virginia's election law! Listen as they discuss the allegations, and what would happen if that ongoing court case proves that this senator did not in fact live where she said she did, and what the chances are that such a lawsuit can even succeed in today's political environment.
