This EP is a special session recorded as part of the Reconditioning Mastermind program, a powerful element of the Reconditioning education process.  We often bring people who have navigated the worlds of therapy and performance and found ways to thrive so they can share their journey with our community.  

Reg currently serves as the Director of Human Performance at Holy Name Medical Center in New Jersey.  He was formerly the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New York Rangers hockey club for seventeen seasons.

Prior to his work in the National Hockey league, Reg served in the same capacity with Concordia University in Montreal and was also a lecturer in the Exercise Science department.  Reg is both a certified Athletic Therapist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning coach and he's always found ways to blend these capacities as he has navigated the possibilities of the world of human performance.  I think you'll get a lot out of this share.
