It’s my 34th birthday! To celebrate, I am releasing this solo episode where I reflect on the lessons learned during my 33rd year—my most challenging year to date. When I turned 33, I wanted to be intentional about the things to come. I prayed for abundance but yet, I was not prepared for the challenges that awaited me. I certainly did not expect to leave my job and take a seven-month sabbatical from the practice of law. I later learned that to receive all the things I was praying for, some things in my life had to change. I also had to relearn myself and do the necessary work within myself to get to know me again—mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically.
This last year was truly a year of growth and I look forward to continued growth in this next year. I am excited to celebrate another year with my viewers and listeners. The most important lesson learned during my 33rd year- always trust yourself and never apologize for being your authentic self! Cheers to another year!
