Pour célébrer cet anniversaire emblématique, Unibroue dévoile un brassin hommage inspiré du terroir québécois et s’associe à quatre microbrasseries d’exception – Dieu du Ciel!, Messorem, MicroBrasserie Charlevoix et Godspeed – pour réinterpréter à leur manière l’icône brassicole qui a redéfini les standards de la bière artisanale au Québec.
Créée en 1994, cette triple d’inspiration belge refermentée en bouteille se distingue par sa complexité, sa richesse et son équilibre puissant, et reste une référence incontournable pour plusieurs générations d’amateurs. Hommage au Québec, terre d’accueil des explorateurs français du 16ᵉ siècle, La Fin du Monde a également été l’une des premières bières québécoises à  conquérir le marché international.
Nous discutons avec Jean-François Gravel, maître-brasseur et cofondateur de Dieu du Ciel!, autour de sa réinterprétation de La Fin du Monde.
