Dans cet épisode, nous discutons avec Steve Nelson, du Beer Boutique, une boutique indépendante basée à Winnipeg (Manitoba) qui propose une sélection soignée de bières et cidres artisanaux. Connue pour son atmosphère conviviale et son personnel passionné, la Beer Boutique s’est imposée comme une destination incontournable pour les amateurs de bière, tout en étant rattachée au Best Western Premier.
Steve nous parle de l’origine et de la mission du magasin, de son engagement envers les produits canadiens, et de la manière dont la boutique soutient la communauté à travers des collectes de bouteilles et de canettes pour des œuvres locales. Nous abordons également la stratégie de sélection des produits, qui équilibre grandes marques et microbrasseries, et les défis du marché actuel avec les tarifs et l’économie incertaine.
En tant que juge pour le prix d’emballage (Packaging Awards) du Canada Beer Cup 2025, Steve partage aussi son regard sur le design des emballages, les tendances actuelles, et l’importance de créer une expérience client unique grâce à un personnel compétent et accueillant, des innovations en magasin et une présentation soignée.
Au programme : une plongée dans l’univers d’une boutique qui allie passion, marketing et communauté, et des conseils précieux pour les brasseurs souhaitant se démarquer sur le marché canadien.
