Cycles are a part of life. We can see their evidence in nature in the cycles of the moon and seasons and in the human body as it grows and changes. We also have cycles of thinking and feeling that become beliefs and many can feel vicious. For example, cycles of negative thoughts, feelings and beliefs that cause you to feel bad about yourself that can show up as cycles of unhealthy habits, gaining weight, having unloving relationships, or addictions to name a few.
