you are not fully experiencing the present moment if you are thinking about the past. you are not open to receiving great things in the future if you are living in the past. the past is the past and you can't change nothing about it, so it's time to let it go. you can only learn from the past and change yourself for the better. if your past isn't a great one because of reckless mistakes you made and for being a negative person, you can change your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs in order to become a positive person. if you want a better future then you have to do better now. you want to move with the flow of life, not be stuck in the past.
