May is stress awareness month. We all wish that life was stress free, but fortunately and unfortunately it is not. Some stress can cause you to stay sharp and on your toes and it can help to build character and help aid the thought process in ways of coming to a solution. However, too much stress or constant stress can cause health problems and actually end up sending you to an early grave. What we have to do is to balance our lives and not worry or fret about things that we cannot control. I am going to discuss stress, stress related health problems, foods that con contribute to stress, foods that reduce stress, and ways to deal with stress in our daily lives.
