As part of the season 3, a focus on coaches and their journey, Cheryl graciously spent time with me and shared her focus and perspective.  It was fantastic  to re-connect with her after working together many years ago.  She has a special, positive and wise approach to her passion....leadership growth.

Cheryl is the Director/CEO Board Facilitator with the RI CEO Council as well as an Executive Coach for the MIT Sloan School of Management’s Executive MBA and Fellows MBA programs.  As she states it, she is what comes after diversity training....team effectiveness across all the individuals of the team.

She is also the Principal of her own firm, AchieveMentor LLC, specializing in executive coaching, leader optimization, leadership facilitation and program development.

Additionally, a Human Resources executive with over 25+ years corporate experience; specializing in HR strategic planning & execution, transformational change management, employee engagement, cultural competence/program development, strategic succession planning and organizational effectiveness. Proven track record of leading large complex program, process and systems improvement projects. Compassionate advocate and executive coach committed to the development of emerging and evolving leaders. SPHR since 2005.
