I’ve known Howie for many years and his love of comedy and talent are huge. He is also very clear and empathetic when it comes to Mental Health. He’s been such a big advocate for many years. In this classic episode, he talks about the fact that every person needs coping skills and that Mental Health should be treated the same as Physical Health. I have no idea why I’m capitalizing everything. He described how he experiences OCD and how he has learned to cope. He says “If we just focused on Mental Health and Education, it would be a completely different world.” And Jennifer talks about emotional regulation and how to practice this while watching TV shows and movies. But I don’t know if that will work with The Real Housewives, you can’t regulate Real Housewives.
