Many business owners and entrepreneurs are unknowingly addicted to stress and for many, this addiction (like other addictions) is slowly destroying their health, their relationships, their mental well-being, and even their business. But the problem is that many people who are addicted to stress and stuck in this stress cycle don’t actually know they are addicted. This is such a rarely discussed topic. So in this episode, we cover the science of HOW stress is just as addictive as smoking, plus the telltale signs of stress addiction.
