In this week's episode of the podcast, I ask the question, are you addicted to stress? When you think of addiction, chances are you think of smoking, alcohol, or hard drugs, right? But not many people think of stress as being addictive. But what we discuss in this week's episode of the podcast is that stress can be just as addictive as smoking or alcohol! Many business owners and entrepreneurs are unknowingly addicted to stress and for many, this addiction (like other addictions) is slowly destroying their health, their relationships, their mental well-being, and even their business. But the problem is that many people who are addicted to stress and stuck in this stress cycle don’t actually know they are addicted. This is such a rarely discussed topic. So in this episode, we cover the science of HOW stress is just as addictive as smoking, plus the telltale signs of stress addiction. My intention is to help you (and your loved ones) see how they too could be addicted to stress and how you can start to break the stress cycle.
