Kim shares how she still gets nervous thinking about the cycling trip where I faced a daunting 12-mile ascent on the final day. As she visualized the struggle, she almost backed out. After a conversation with her coach who warned if she didn't try, she'd never be part of the shared stories of achievement on the other side.
