Yá'át'ééh abiní. I am over 50 years old and one year ago I had hip replacement surgery. Over the past year I have been intentional about increasing my daily walking regiment from 1-2 miles per day to between 7-9 miles each day. About a month ago I incorporated running into my routine and last week I experienced my first "runners high". Today over My Second Cup of Coffee I talk about my experience. I invite you to join me.
