EP 68 Self-Discovery & Empowerment through Dance | with Megan Bloom
Megan Bloom, founder of Eternal Dancers, is a passionate Dance Reconnection Specialist and Dance Passion Mentor. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to free their inner 'eternal dancer' and has created a platform that inspires, empowers, coaches, and equips people with the tools needed to do so.
Megan guides individuals on a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance through movement. She has witnessed firsthand how dance can help individuals develop a positive relationship with their bodies, boost their self-esteem, and find joy and empowerment in movement, regardless of how it looks.
With a focus on mindset and self-expression, Megan's mission is to inspire others to view movement as a powerful tool for self-care, self-expression, and body acceptance.
