50: Meeting Your Younger Self: Lessons to Impart on Her

We made it to EPISODE 50!!! We are halfway to 100!! In this solo episode I am processing what it would be like to meet my younger self, what she would think of the me today, and what lessons I would want to share with her from my personal and professional experiences. I specifically encourage listeners to do this practice or exercise in their own life. You never know what aha moments may come out of this for you! Specifically, for me, it made me realize just how much growth I actually have experienced since starting my business. It also has the ability to boost your confidence.
