You have probably heard the recommendation to leave your phone (and any electronics) out of your bedroom for good night sleep.
In today's episode, I will briefly go over some of the reasons for this recommendation. This general recommendation might not necessarily work for everyone. Tune in to get some tips on how to handle your phone or any other electronics exposure ahead of your bedtime and how to keep your phone in your bedroom yet minimize any sleep disruptions.
