During my struggle with insomnia it seemed like I tried it all. I was desperate for normal sleep and did not hesitate on spending any money on anything that could possibly help me get over the sleep struggles. Lots of the more expensive things I tried did not work for me. In today's episode I'm going over 10 sleep tips that cost absolutely nothing - yet helped me the most with insomnia. I still follow most of these sleep tips and have them incorporated in my daily routines.
