Yay!!! It's the 50th podcast episode. I can barely believe it. I'm excited to celebrate this milestone with you in today's episode as well as throughout this week with some special guest interviews I have lined up.
In today's episode I'm diverting a bit away from my typical format with sleep tips but I'm sharing some thoughts on sharing stories, how it connects us as humans and is part of our human nature.
