My next guest is a Tedx Speaker and Personal Development coach. She describes herself as a former people pleaser who on the outside looked like she was a success, having attended the most prestigious music colleges in London and Paris.
She was living the beautiful and exciting life of a classical musician, travelling around to play to adoring audiences. Yet on the inside she felt that that life actually had nothing to do with what she truly wanted. She always felt like she was not good enough and in her own words, no amount of idolising fans could change that.
Today she helps thousands of people live an authentic and confident life though the arts of self-love and being who you really are.
