Everyone has a personal dragon.  The other name for this Dragon is our thoughts, feelings and emotions which can bring so much misery to us through with painful memory recollection over and over.  The secret is learning to control our Dragons. One way this can be done -if the issue is not severe enough to require medical assistance - is through affirmations. We have a few other suggestions as well.
