PL Situation:
You are training with two other lifters. One of them insists that all of the plates face in. The other lifter insists that all of the plates face out. Every set, they each unload the entire bar and re-load it “their way” before they do a set. Do you say anything or just go with it?
NewLifterTip:
You can change your third attempt deadlift twice, until the bar is called loaded for you. You can increase or decrease it as long as it follows the general rules of powerlifting.
