Romans 6:5-8
5 Since we have been united with him in his death, we will also be raised to life as he was.
6 We know that our old sinful selves were crucified with Christ so that sin might lose its power in our lives. We are no longer slaves to sin.
7 For when we died with Christ we were set free from the power of sin.
8 And since we died with Christ, we know we will also live with him.

As I speak with you lord, please speak back. Do not hold back your words from me. For your encouragement and guidance I need. As I patiently endure, and await to see you again, please God, with your power and grace give me the strength I need. The strength of faith. The strength to endure.

Oh God, how much I long to hear you again. So often I pray for others and I know my prayers are accepted and I hope they pray for me too. God I love you. Please forgive me and restore me to what your will is for me.

Allow me lord, to speak words that are true to those whom are your children and those whom are your enemies, and mine. Moisten my tongue with powerful words as from yourself and do not let me hold back any longer. Please allow your spirit to poses my mind so I can do your will with boldness and confidence. I come before you as a willing vessel. You comfort me in my pain, and you show me your friendship when I am alone, and you treat me as I ought to be treated, and you trust me enough and you keep coming back for me.

Let our neighbors and family and friends come together to praise and worship only you. Please let the blessings that you give us give you pleasure. Please let the protection that you give us give you honor. Please let the love you give us allow us the opportunity to love others for your sake. Please continue to give great honor to those who endure under suffering. Lord hear my prayers as I seek your face. Amen.
