Here’s how to flip objections into opportunities using my 5-Step Objection Handling Formula:
Smile – Confidence is key. Objections are part of the process! 😁
Acknowledge – Make sure they know you’re listening. 👂
Isolate – Find out if there are other objections lurking.
Overcome – My favorite way? Say “No… do you have any other questions?” then shut up. 🛑
Close – If you don’t ask for the business, someone else will!
